Technical Supremacy
Content is useless if the crawl budget is wasted. You will be responsible for orchestrating deep technical audits, identifying rendering issues, resolving canonical loops, and ensuring Core Web Vitals are elite across the board.
Revenue Attribution
We don't report on "impressions" to our clients. We measure organic pipeline velocity. You will use GA4, server-side tracking, and CRM integrations to tie organic search behavior directly to closed-won revenue.
What You Will
Actually Do.
This is not a Junior role where you just update title tags all day. You will own the entire technical and strategic organic roadmaps for massive, highly structured website builds in complex markets.
You must be comfortable communicating complex SEO methodologies to non-technical executive stakeholders in C-Suites.
Forensic Technical Audits
You will spearhead comprehensive technical teardowns of legacy websites during client onboarding. Identifying JavaScript rendering blockers, massive 404 chains, toxic backlink profiles, and architectural cannibalization.
Content Strategy & Execution
Collaborating with our editorial teams to architect topic clusters that absolutely dominate specific compliance niches. Ensuring on-page structure, heading hierarchies, and semantic NLP keywords are flawlessly implemented.
Ethical Link Acquisition
Develop and execute digital PR and outreach campaigns that yield high-authority, incredibly relevant editorial links. No PBNs, no spam directories, no bought guest posts. Real outreach to real publications.
Your Arsenal.
We expect you to have deep, verifiable expertise and operational fluency in the enterprise standard SEO stack. You should not require training on these platforms.
Required Qualifications

4+ Years Agency Experience: You must have managed multiple complex campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Deep Technical Knowledge: You understand the DOM, JavaScript rendering implications, robots.txt, and advanced schema markup.

YMYL Expertise: Prior experience ranking websites in Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, or Legal is highly preferred.
