The Absolute Stop List
If a patient types, "My son's chest hurts," the bot instantly triggers a rigid, hard-coded script telling them to call 911 or proceed to an ER. It has zero authority to triage symptoms.
No Dangerous Integrations
Patient Chat 2.0 intentionally does not read or write to your EMR/EHR system. It does not interject with privileged systems because doing so creates an unnecessary vector for HIPAA breaches.
It exists purely as a friendly navigation aid. When an anxious patient is satisfied with the administrative answers and is ready to get care, the bot simply provides them the link to your official, secure intake portal, or hands them your phone number.
