Subscription Website Service Contract

1. Services and Payments:

1.1. The Client agrees to a comprehensive subscription service for website design, development, and hosting provided by Custody & Agency. The monthly subscription fee is set at $650 (USD).

1.2. An early termination fee of $4500 (USD) is applicable if the contract is terminated before the completion of 6 months of payments.

1.3. An initial retainer of $2000 (USD) is mandatory to commence website design and development.

2. Ownership and Content:

2.1. All content created and developed by Custody & Agency for the website remains the sole property of the Client, unless the contract is terminated before the completion of 6 months of payments.

3. Payment Terms:

3.1. Monthly payments are due on the first of each month, with a grace period of 14 days. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee.

3.2. Credit card payments will be subject to a 3% processing fee. Payments are accepted via Stripe or Check. Invoices will be digitally delivered on the 15th of each month.

4. Agency Protections:

4.1. Custody & Agency shall execute the services with due diligence and expertise. However, the agency assumes no liability for circumstances beyond its control or for damages exceeding the total fees paid.

4.2. The Client agrees to provide necessary materials and timely feedback to facilitate the website design, development, and hosting process.

5. Termination:

5.1. Termination of the contract may occur after the initial 6-month period upon a 30-day written notice. Early termination before 6 months of payments are completed is subject to the aforementioned early termination fee.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. This contract shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country].

This document constitutes a binding agreement between Custody & Agency and the Client, acknowledging acceptance of the terms and conditions.
